Head of Revenue | Corporate Services | Dubai Media City
One of UpNext’s clients, a well-established corporate services provider based in Dubai Media City, is looking for an experienced Head of Revenue to lead their revenue team, drive GP growth, and implement winning sales strategies across B2B and B2C channels.
Revenue & GP
Maintaining individual and team monthly targets, tracking B2C and B2B KPIs, monitoring GP by product, and ensuring conversion rates are consistently met.
Team Management
Setting targets, conducting performance reviews, running product training, overseeing the CRM, ensuring proper lead distribution, and evaluating performance through data and metrics.
Sales Strategy
Designing and implementing strategies to exceed GP targets, reporting to the CEO, and introducing new products and packages.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years in a strategic and managerial role at a corporate services provider in the UAE
- Proven experience managing teams of 15+ employees
- A strong track record of introducing sales strategies that drive GP growth (essential)
