المهام الوظيفية:

  • Develop and implement strategies and plans to maximize sales and profits in the assigned markets
  • The role holder will be responsible to handle operations in GCC Countries
  • Will be responsible for appointment of distributors, export documentation, listing products with retailers, strong relationship with retailers, finalising marketing plan with retailers and distributors.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify potential export opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Develop the Sales Strategy for GCC Markets
  • Manage the companys export sales, including pricing, negotiations, contracts, and customer service.
  • Develop the distribution network, identify buyers, negotiate and finalize business contracts.
  • Resolve customer complaints and disputes, and ensure.
  • Responsible for Topline Sales, increase the market share
  • Travel Globally, Attend exhibitions and conferences

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Overall sales experience of over 13-25 years with reputed FMCG companies. Experience of working with Heathy food will be an added advantage.
  • Looking for hands on experience of managing sales in GCC countries of 5-10 years is must
  • Proven track record in building and managing sales and distribution in GCC markets
  • Excellent Communications and Interpersonal Skills, should be able manage multiple stakeholders
