Job Title: Insurance Sales Representative

Location: UAE

Salary: AED 3,500 – 4,000 + Attractive Commission Structure (based on sales performance)

Joining: Immediate

Work Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

المهام الأساسية

• Promote and sell health insurance products to individual customers.
• Handle inbound leads and provide accurate quotations.
• Follow up with prospects to negotiate and close deals.
• Ensure sales targets are achieved and revenue goals are met.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of UAE health insurance plans.

المتطلبات

• Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in selling medical insurance in the UAE.
• Strong skills in quotation preparation, follow-up, negotiation, and closing.
• Knowledge of UAE health insurance policies is mandatory.
• Candidates with valid UAE residency visa preferred for faster onboarding.
• Must be able to deliver revenue in line with targets.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
