Exciting Job Opportunity: AI Engineer / Healthcare AI Engineer – Solution Evaluation & Incubation
Location: UAE, Dubai

Role Overview
You’ll be the technical enabler behind AI solution evaluations—rapidly setting up environments, integrating third-party tools, managing data pipelines, and ensuring scalability and security throughout Proof of Concept (POC) phases. While most solutions are bought, your MLOps expertise will be essential to assess, deploy, and scale these solutions reliably.

• POC Setup & Integration: Build secure, scalable evaluation environments; integrate vendor APIs, SDKs, and models.
• Data Engineering: Create and manage data pipelines to prepare and move data (historical or synthetic) for evaluations.
• Automation: Streamline setup and testing with reusable tools and scripts.
• MLOps & Architecture: Assess vendor MLOps maturity; guide future integration, monitoring, and scalability of solutions.
• Collaboration & Documentation: Partner with Product, Data Science, and IT teams; clearly document POC setups, issues, and lessons learned.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software, data, or MLOps engineering
• Strong in Python/Java/Scala, APIs, Docker/Kubernetes
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and tools like Airflow, Spark, or Kafka
• Solid understanding of data security, governance, and CI/CD
• Preferred: ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), healthcare systems (EHRs, FHIR), and infrastructure-as-code
