Role Overview

Join our team to rigorously assess external AI solutions for technical soundness, performance, bias, and integration suitability across diverse domains like Provider, Payer, Consumer, and Enterprise. This role focuses on designing validation frameworks, conducting evaluations, and offering technical insights.

• Conduct technical due diligence by analyzing vendor models, APIs, and performance claims.
• Design robust testing protocols using real or synthetic data.
• Run hands-on evaluations and compare vendor models using Python, scikit-learn, and TensorFlow.
• Translate technical findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Product, AI Architecture, and Data teams to share best practices.

المؤهلات المطلوبة

• Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in AI/ML model evaluation or deployment.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, and expertise in ML libraries.
• Proven ability to design and execute model validation strategies.
• Experience with SQL and handling large datasets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare domain experience is a plus.
• Experience evaluating third-party AI/ML solutions.
• Knowledge of ethical AI principles, data privacy regulations, and cloud ML platforms.
• Strong communication skills and creative problem-solving ability.
