SearchPlus HR is seeking a skilled and compassionate Hematologist to join our esteemed medical team.

In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with a variety of blood disorders, including anemia, blood clotting issues, and hematologic malignancies. You will play a crucial role in providing high‑quality patient care by conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with other specialists to ensure comprehensive management of patients. Your expertise will also be integral in educating patients and their families about their conditions and treatment options.

• Evaluate patients with hematologic disorders through detailed medical history and physical examinations.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging relevant to hematologic conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, including pharmacological and non‑pharmacological interventions.
• Manage and monitor treatment efficacy and adjust plans as needed based on patient conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide optimal patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment strategies, and lifestyle modifications.
• Engage in continuous professional development and research to contribute to the field of hematology.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) with completed residency training in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Hematology.
• Board certification in Hematology is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in diagnosing and managing hematological disorders.
• Exceptional analytical skills and ability to interpret clinical data effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient interactions and team collaboration.
• Commitment to providing patient-centered care and demonstrating empathy.
• A dedication to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry advancements.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.

Working Time is Full Time.
Salary is AED 45K TO AED 90K.
