As HR Strategic Business Partner, you will play a strategic role in the success of our global brands and our people. You will work with business leaders to build strategies, deploy them, and create an environment that supports their delivery. You will develop our people, strengthen partnerships, develop leadership, and help our organization become more agile and competitive.

As a Human Resources Manager, You Will

• Support organization capability building and lead some programs independently
• Lead and support culture building and execute organizational initiatives with excellence
• Provide HR support including talent systems, policy guidance, and Employee Relations case handling
• Assess HR data and lead operational management
• Manage Organization Analytics and Insights using Workday, including developing action plans linked to Diversity, Productivity, and Organization decisions
• Plan and execute employee meetings at half-year and year-end

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any major
• 0 – 5 years of HR experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
