المسؤوليات

We are seeking a talented Architectural Inspector to join our team on a project in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

The role includes :

  • Attending to Inspection Requests (IRs) submitted by the contractor and taking appropriate action promptly.
  • Reviewing shop drawings against contract drawings, specifications, local codes, statutory requirements, and international best practices.
  • Reporting any non-compliant works to stakeholders for appropriate action.
  • Monitoring work quality and site safety, including health and environmental issues, ensuring compliance with contractual / QCS specifications and safety assessments.
  • Maintaining records of daily site activities, including progress photos, for inspection purposes.
  • Preparing surveillance and non-conformance reports as needed.
  • Providing technical input to resolve discipline-related issues on site.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of work experience and hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

Experience working on Villas projects in the UAE is preferred.
