Job Title: IT Assistant

• Basically, you’re the go-to tech wizard. If someone’s computer loses its mind or the WiFi’s acting possessed, you’re on it. Hardware, software, CCTV—if it’s got a cable, people are calling you.
• Setting up printers, scanners, laptops, and all those random devices nobody else wants to mess with. Troubleshooting too, because, yeah, things break. A lot.
• You’ll babysit Windows and Mac OS machines, plus servers, firewalls, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace… all the stuff that makes the office run and crash.
• Helping out with ERP and POS systems—so when someone can’t get their sales to ring up, you’re the hero. Backup solutions too, because nobody wants to be the person who loses all the files.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in IT or something close enough.
• At least 2 years of actually doing IT support (school projects don’t count, sorry).
• Got certs from Microsoft, Cisco, etc.? Big plus. If not, we’ll still talk.
