المسؤوليات

• Renewal Management: Track upcoming renewals using ERP/CRM tools; prepare and send renewal quotes; coordinate with Account Managers or Sales Executives to close renewals in time; ensure on-time contract renewal to avoid service interruptions.
• Customer Communication: Serve as the point of contact for basic renewal-related queries; work with customers to address pricing, contract terms, or minor concerns.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on renewal terms and timelines.
• Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM (like MS CRM/In-house Systems); report on renewal pipeline, closed renewals, and churn metrics; maintain and update the renewal data in internal tools.
• Vendor Management: Work with OEM and distribution teams as required; perform upfront renewal tracking with partners and submissions alongside the Sales team.
