We are looking for a dedicated and experienced IT Support Engineer for a role based in Abu Dhabi.

المسؤوليات

1. Perform regular check-ups and inspections of networking devices, AV infrastructure, and IT/AV peripherals
2. Provide L1 & L2 technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues
3. Support inventory management using MS Office and internal applications.
4. Set up and manage Apple devices (MacBooks, iPads, iPhones, Apple TVs).
5. Handle backup and restoration of iOS platform devices when needed.
6. Configure and manage printers and scanning devices.
7. Install and update software applications with management approval.
8. Set up projectors, sound systems, and AV equipment as requested.
9. Set up gaming devices for children’s use and events.
10. Install operating systems (Windows XP/7/8/10/11 & macOS)

المتطلبات

1. Minimum 4 years of relevant IT support experience
2. Strong knowledge of L1 & L2 troubleshooting
3. Good communication skills and flexible work attitude
4. Must be currently based in the UAE
5. Note: This role does not include gender-based eligibility requirements
