We are recruiting for the in-house legal team for a leading real estate and destination development firm headquartered in the UAE. It operates across multiple business verticals, including real estate, hospitality & tourism, sports & leisure, and commercial/leisure destinations.

• Assist in drafting and reviewing procurement, vendor, and services agreements.
• Support bid reviews, tenders, and RFP processes, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
• Work with senior counsel to support contract management and governance requirements.
• Provide practical legal input into procurement and supply chain processes.

Qualifications

• UK, US, or Commonwealth qualified lawyer with 1–3 years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE).
• Early career exposure to commercial contracts or procurement in a law firm or in-house environment.
• Strong legal drafting skills with excellent attention to detail and analytical ability.
• Proactive and commercially minded approach, able to contribute effectively under the guidance of senior counsel.

Salary: AED 30K–35K per month.
