We are looking for a junior designer to provide visual solutions for Motivate’s marketing needs.

• Manage the workflow of the Design function to ensure standards are maintained.
• Design and manage creative executions across multiple platforms (print, digital, social, video) for marketing and event campaigns.
• Design marketing collateral for events.
• Create ads for Motivate products ranging from magazines, books & events.
• Update the company website with recent covers.
• Design web-based marketing collateral.
• Create newsletters and emailers.
• Revision of external ads to confirm production pre-press specification.
• Ensure design work is completed within allocated time frames of design briefs.

Job requirements:

• Graduate in Art/Graphic design
• At least 2 to 3 years in the field of graphics
• Proficiency in working on Mac and Adobe Suite applications.
• Fast and accurate in producing material required.
• Ability to work in a team.
