WizzFinancial Group is seeking a skilled Junior Legal Counsel to join its dynamic legal team based in دبي . Reporting to the Head of Legal , CEO, and Directors, this role offers a unique opportunity for a motivated junior lawyer to gain substantial in-house experience within the FinTech industry .

This position is well-suited for candidates who are detail-oriented, commercially aware, and proactive in delivering legal support across multiple business operations.

المهام الأساسية

• Draft, review, and revise commercial contracts, including NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts

• Ensure compliance with applicable UAE laws , as well as DIFC/ADGM regulations and broader financial frameworks

• Conduct legal research on contractual, regulatory, and corporate issues across different jurisdictions

• Maintain and organize legal documentation, corporate records, and compliance-related files

• Liaise with external counsel on litigation matters , regulatory submissions, and special legal initiatives

• Track legal and regulatory updates relevant to the group’s operations

• Assist internal teams with legal inquiries and provide day-to-day support under the guidance of senior legal counsel

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B); LL.M or Master’s in Law is advantageous

• 1–3 years of relevant legal experience, preferably within commercial law or the financial services sector (either in a law firm or corporate legal team)

• Familiarity with UAE legal systems and FinTech regulations is highly preferred

• Strong skills in legal drafting and research

• Excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
