Overview

A large Real Estate Developer is looking to hire a Senior Landscape Architect / Manager Level to expand its inhouse Design /Technical Team.

المسؤوليات

• Manage multiple landscape projects from concept stage to construction.
• Liaise with multi-disciplinary teams internally and design / specialist consultants externally, where appointed.
• Ensure design compliance with budgets, overall design intent, brief, authority regulations (if any) and timelines.
• Provide timely and detailed review of design submittals, material submittals, RFIs (tender and construction stage), method statements and related commentary; follow up on actions required.
• Support RFP preparation with SOW, technical evaluation and manage consultants’ performance through the design and construction stages.
• Support all site activities directly impacting landscape and irrigation components on the project.
• Support preparation of presentations and progress reports as required by the business.
• Conduct site inspections on a timely basis to ensure the quality of the final product.
• Preferred exposure to residential-led masterplan developments or high-end hospitality projects.

Qualification / Education

• Minimum of 8+ years of related experience with a Landscape Architecture degree or a related Architecture / Architectural Engineering degree with extensive landscape project experience.
