We’re working with a world‑renowned landscape design consultancy that partners with elite global architects, think Foster + Partners, Zaha Hadid Architects, and the like, to shape some of the most ambitious hospitality and public realm projects across the globe. As they expand their design leadership across the UAE, Europe and internationally, they’re now looking for a Landscape Design Director to take the creative reins. Someone who lives and breathes pre‑concept and concept design, and who has a portfolio that stops people in their tracks.

This isn’t just another Director‑level position. It’s an opportunity to lead and shape the creative vision for projects that define the hospitality sector whether that’s by spearheading the London studio or joining the thriving Dubai team. You’ll be influencing the design direction at the very earliest stages, collaborating with top‑tier architects and pushing the boundaries of landscape design across luxury resorts, iconic public realms, and destination developments.

المتطلبات

• Currently operating at Director level within a globally recognised landscape design studio (e.g. Martha Schwartz Partners, LMS, GGN, etc).
• A true designer at heart driven by big ideas, conceptual clarity, and storytelling through landscape.
• A strong background in hospitality and public realm design, with a creative portfolio that demonstrates originality and impact.
• 15+ years’ experience in landscape architecture, ideally with international exposure.
• Degree‑qualified with a BA and Postgraduate Diploma or MA in Landscape Architecture from a recognised institution.
• Exceptional graphical and presentation skills, someone who can sell a vision, not just deliver one.
• Experience in the Middle East is a major plus, though not essential.
• Familiarity with RFPs, and the commercial side of running high‑profile design work is desirable.
