What We’re Looking For

• 6-8 years of hands-on experience in trading, hedging, and strategy development , particularly in forex and digital asset markets .
• Strong risk management acumen to identify and mitigate risks in fast-paced trading environments.
• Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English to coordinate across teams and external partners.
• A proactive, structured, and analytical approach to problem-solving and strategic decision-making.
