As we expand our product portfolio, we are seeking a visionary Lead UI/UX Product Designer to champion user-centric design across our platforms.

Role Summary

As theLead UI/UX Product Designer , you will drive the strategic design vision and lead end-to-end product design efforts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all TruDoc digital interfaces are intuitive, scalable, and impactful. This role is both hands-on and leadership-focused — perfect for someone who can seamlessly blend creativity with structure, and innovation with empathy.

• Lead the design strategy and vision for TruDoc’s web and mobile applications.
• Mentor and manage a growing team of UI/UX designers, fostering a collaborative design culture.
• Conduct and oversee user research, persona development, and usability testing.
• Translate product goals and complex healthcare workflows into user-friendly, elegant experiences.
• Create and review design assets including wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Own and evolve TruDoc’s design system and ensure consistency across all products.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, marketing, and clinical teams to align design with business objectives.
• Advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, and responsive design best practices.
• Stay ahead of UI/UX trends, especially within digital health and telemedicine.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design with at least 2+ years in a lead or managerial role.
• Expertise in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, and prototyping tools.
• Proven experience in designing scalable systems and working within agile teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and a passion for improving patient experience through technology.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthtech, telemedicine, or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with compliance standards such as HIPAA, GDPR, etc.
