Legal Adviser
We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Adviser to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Legal Adviser, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to clients, as well as representing them in legal proceedings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of laws and regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
المسؤوليات:
– Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various matters
– Conduct legal research and analyze data to support clients’ cases
– Draft legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and pleadings
– Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations
– Maintain updated knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends
– Build strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with legal requirements
المتطلبات:
– Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field
– Proven experience as a Legal Adviser or similar role
– Excellent communication skills in English
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
– Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
– Prior experience working with Pakistani clients preferred
– Full-time availability without accommodation provided
– Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate
