1. In-house lawyer to assist in the drafting and preparation of contracts, agreements, terms sheets, heads of agreements and memoranda and other legal documents.
2. Conduct legal research on matters related to business requirements.
3. Handle receipt of legal queries from internal customers and ensuring addresal within the given response time.
4. Should have knowledge in corporate law, business contracts, M & A contracts, MoA, due diligence.
