Founded in 1992, ZOOMLION Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in developing and manufacturing major high‑tech equipment in the areas of engineering industry and agricultural industry.

ZOOMLION is seeking for an experienced LEGAL SPECIALIST to support our operations across the UAE and the wider Middle East. The role involves reviewing and drafting a wide range of commercial contracts, providing legal guidance for international trade and financing activities, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, managing dispute resolution matters, and coordinating with external law firms across relevant jurisdictions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contract Review: Mainly includes but is not limited to the drafting, review, and risk control of various commercial and legal documents such as sales contracts, distribution agreements, service contracts, financing lease contracts, guarantee contracts, employment contracts, etc.
• Business Support: Provide legal support for the company’s international trade, local transactions, and financing lease business in the UAE and the Middle East.
• Compliance Management: Provide legal advice on compliance matters involved in the company’s operations in the UAE, identify and prevent potential legal risks.
• Dispute Resolution: Handling various types of disputes, including labor disputes, debt and credit disputes, quality disputes, delivery disputes, etc.
• Law Firm Resource Management: Coordinate and manage external cooperating law firms in the UAE and other relevant judicial jurisdictions.

REQUIREMENTS

• 4-5 years of legal‑related work experience in UAE.
• Hold a valid UAE lawyer’s practicing qualification or possess legal qualifications to engage in legal work in the UAE.
• Fluent in English, with good legal English writing and communication skills.
• Preference will be given to those familiar with the UAE’s Company Law, Labor Law, and commercial legal framework.
