• Certified implementation professional in one Application Performance monitoring tool

Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Overall 10+ years of experience working within a large enterprise consisting of large and diverse teams.
• Strong software engineering skills with strong competencies in design & architecture.
• Research the features, extensions and plugins of AppDynamics to better the monitoring system
• Several years of serving in either an engineering management role or a senior engineering team lead role.
• Experience solving large-scale engineering challenges.
• Must have experience on Monitoring tools such as AppDynamics and Micro focus Suite.
• Openness to new / different ideas. Ability to evaluate multiple approaches and choose the best one based on first principles.
• Proven ability to operate effectively and autonomously across multiple teams in situations of ambiguity, with only high level direction.
• Experience in web AppDynamics.
• Experience with Amazon AWS services.
• Experiences with Docker/Kubernetes.
• Experience with Azure services.

Technical Skills

• Must have experience on Monitoring tools such as AppDynamics and Micro focus Suite.
• knowledge of Cloud based services with minimum of 4+ years of supporting and maintain cloud infrastructures.
• Should be an expert in implementing the cloud monitoring using cloudwatch, Azure monitor and AppDynamics.
• Knowledge of selected coding languages (e.g. Java, .NET)
• Candidate should be able to understand and write code in any of the scripting language (shell, python, go).
• Familiarity with various operating systems (e.g. Windows, UNIX) and databases (e.g. MySQL)
