Overview

Are you someone who enjoys connecting with people, solving problems, and helping teams thrive? Dubai Media is looking for a Manager – HR Business Partner who is passionate about supporting employees and strengthening organizational performance.

In this role, you will partner with leaders and teams to shape a positive employee experience, drive HR initiatives, and support talent development across the organization. You will play a key role in employee engagement, workforce planning, HR reporting, and continuous improvement of HR processes — ensuring teams across Dubai Media feel supported, aligned, and empowered to succeed.

What you’ll do

  • Build strong partnerships with business leaders and provide HR guidance on people-related matters.
  • Support the implementation of HR programs including onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Advise on employee relations matters and help resolve workplace concerns effectively and professionally.
  • Analyze HR data and prepare reports to support decision-making and workforce planning.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of HR policies, processes, and employee experience initiatives.
  • Support initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, collaboration, and organizational culture.

Qualifications

  • Must be a UAE National
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. (Unrelated degrees are welcome if you have the right skillset or work experience)
  • Minimum 6 years of experience , preferably in an HR Business Partnering or generalist role.
  • Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
