Job Title: Market Access Executive – Pharmaceuticals Experience: 2–4 Years; Location: Dubai, Abu Dhabi

Overview

We are seeking a proactive Market Access Executive to support pricing, reimbursement, payer engagement, and access-related activities for our pharmaceutical portfolio. The role focuses on execution, coordination, and documentation, working under the guidance of senior market access leadership.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Support implementation of market access strategies across government, private hospitals, insurance, and distributor channels.
• Assist with pricing, reimbursement, and coding submissions to insurance companies, PBMs, and relevant authorities.
• Coordinate with sales, medical, marketing, and regulatory teams to ensure alignment on access requirements.
• Support tender documentation, hospital listings, and formulary submissions.
• Maintain and update reimbursement trackers, approval dashboards, and access reports.
• Assist in preparation of value dossiers, payer presentations, and access documentation.
• Track reimbursement approvals, rejections, timelines, and escalation points.
• Build working relationships with insurance coordinators, hospital access teams, and distributors.
• Monitor basic policy or reimbursement changes and report insights to senior team members.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Market Access, Pricing & Reimbursement, Insurance, Claims, or Hospital Access.
• Basic working knowledge of UAE/GCC payer systems and reimbursement processes.
• Exposure to insurance claims, pre-authorizations, hospital access, or tenders is an advantage.
• Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, documentation, and reporting.
• Good coordination and communication skills.

Preferred / Added Advantage

• Experience interacting with insurance companies, PBMs, or hospital procurement teams.
• Understanding of health economics, budget impact, or cost-effectiveness concepts (basic level).
• UAE/GCC healthcare system exposure.
