Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience with HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently, to engage with clients in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience leading and implementing global, large-scale HR operational projects including system applications, associated risk management/mitigation and supporting change management, business readiness, communications, and training activities.
  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.

  • Strong project/change management skills and delivery, with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous priorities.

المسؤوليات

  • Contribute to the execution of the market-specific HR plan informed by common local priorities and long-term objectives across functions that make up the market. Support the business by identifying and recommending solutions to mitigate P0 compliance priorities.
  • Execute strategies to partner and advise Country Managers/Site Leaders and represent People Operations in the market.
  • Develop solutions to evolve issues, including mitigation strategies and resolution of risks, with input or oversight from executive leaders, including recommendations of how we provide consistent global Googler Experience using scalable systems and tools.
  • Implement section(s) of market plan that reflect market-specific HR strategy informed by the people’s priorities to identify and mitigate market risks while influencing key decisions.
