The Clinic is seeking a DHA-licensed General Practitioner (GP) with a strong foundation in diagnostic screenings, functional medicine, and preventive care. This role is central to delivering personalized, holistic, and evidence-based medical care, with an emphasis on early detection, lifestyle optimization, and long-term health outcomes. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively across disciplines to treat chronic diseases, support regenerative health strategies, and empower patients through education and participation in their care journey.

Position Summary / Purpose

• Lead all medical, clinical, and operational aspects of the clinic
• Oversee functional, preventative, hormonal, and regenerative medicine services
• Act as the primary clinical authority and decision-maker
• Ensure DHA compliance, patient safety, and service excellence
• Manage clinical teams and treatment protocols across all service lines

Key Objectives of the Role

• Deliver high-standard functional and preventative medical care
• Develop and implement advanced treatment protocols
• Lead and supervise all clinical and operational staff
• Ensure regulatory compliance with DHA and clinical governance standards
• Drive service quality, innovation, and patient satisfaction
• Oversee daily clinic operations and medical decision-making

المتطلبات

• DHA-licensed General Practitioner
• Minimum 3–5 years of Dubai-based clinical practice in functional medicine
• Medical degree (MBBS / MD or equivalent)
• Advanced certification or training in functional or integrative medicine (e.g., IFM, AFMCP, A4M, Fellowship, Diploma)
• Experience in regenerative, peptide, and hormonal therapies
• Proven ability to lead clinical teams and manage multidisciplinary environments
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and familiarity with AI-enhanced diagnostics are a plus.
