Overview

A leading pharmaceutical distribution company in the UAE is seeking a dynamic Medical Sales Representative to join its growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a portfolio of products, with a focus on either supplements or oral care solutions, to healthcare professionals across the region.

• Promote and sell supplements or oral care products, as well as other assigned medical items, to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive sales and market growth.
• Deliver engaging product presentations, demonstrations, and educational sessions to healthcare providers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth product distribution and client support.
• Provide valuable feedback from the field to help shape sales and marketing strategies.
• Track sales performance and consistently work toward achieving or exceeding targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, science, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant sales experience with a leading distributor in the country, specifically with supplements or dental/oral care.
• A willingness to travel locally within Dubai for client meetings.
• Strong interest in health care, supplements, and oral care products.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Valid UAE driving license with flexibility to travel across the territory.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
