• Client Advisory: Provide expert advice to clients on suitable motor and motor fleet insurance policies based on their needs and financial situations.
• Portfolio Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of motor and motor fleet insurance clients, ensuring tailored customer service and efficient policy administration.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to offer best-in-class solutions to clients.
• Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling other insurance products and services.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing needs are met and they are aware of new or changing insurance products.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a motor insurance advisory role, including significant experience with retail (commercial) and motor fleet policies.
• Proven track record with a strong portfolio demonstrating previous success and expertise.
• In-depth knowledge of motor commercial, private and motor fleet insurance products, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks.
