Job Purpose:

The implementation of a clustered high availability scenario for MS SQL database, with always-on, Azure setup and configuration. Performing all assigned technical activities within the unit Distributed Data & Infrastructure Platform, including database performance tuning. Maintaining regular backups of pre-production databases, troubleshooting, and ensuring timely delivery.

Job Specification:

1. التعليم: Minimum Bachelor/Master degree in IT or equivalent.
2. الخبرة العملية: Minimum 4 Years of Experience in MS SQL Database Administration on-Prem and Azure/Cloud.
3. Technical Competencies:
1. Database Installation, Setup & Configuration
2. Database Management and Administration
3. Database Performance Tuning
4. Database backup and restorations covering all scenarios
5. Windows & virtualization systems knowledge
6. Cluster Active-Active implementation & support
