1. Configure, test, and maintain LAN/WAN/Wireless LAN equipment and related services.
2. Design, install, and configure the entire Active network, Wireless, and Wired Network Infrastructure of the project.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to structured cabling systems.
4. Research network monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting techniques.
5. Keep stakeholders updated on project deliverables.
6. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, including customers, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
7. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks.
8. Have advanced experience with Palo Alto and FortiGate firewalls.
9. Possess knowledge of LAN, WAN, and WLAN technologies.
10. Troubleshoot IPSEC VPN and SSL VPN issues.
11. Experience with SDWAN technologies.
12. Work with Azure Load Balancers, Express Routes, and VPN Gateway.
13. Knowledge of Aruba controllers, Aruba access points, and CPPM.
14. Exposure to Azure Cloud networking.
15. Work with Azure, F5, VMware NSX Load Balancer, GSLB, and WAF.
16. Provide root cause analysis and resolve network issues.
17. Manage incidents, change requests, and problem tickets using ITSM tools.
18. Understand UTM features such as IPS/IDS, Anti-Virus, Anti-Spam, and Web-Filtering.
19. Implement DDoS mitigation policies.
