As a Nursing Supervisor at Feel Supported, you’ll lead a team of dedicated caregivers delivering compassionate home-based services across the UAE. This role combines clinical oversight with empathetic leadership to uphold the highest standards of care.

You will manage scheduling, evaluate service delivery, mentor staff, and collaborate closely with clients’ families. The role requires deep understanding of elderly care practices, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex, evolving care plans.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily operations and scheduling for home care staff
• Supervise care delivery to ensure adherence to clinical protocols and client expectations
• Provide hands-on support in complex care cases when required
• Offer mentorship and training to nursing and support staff
• Maintain detailed documentation and service records
• Serve as the main liaison for families, clients, and medical partners

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field (required)
• Valid DHA/MOH/DOH license (preferred but not mandatory)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in elderly care or clinical supervision
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary caregiving teams
• Strong cultural awareness and empathy in family settings
