Oenologist – Haur-Fakkan, UAE

We are seeking a qualified Oenologist to join our team in Haur-Fakkan, UAE. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Oenology or related field and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Preference will be given to candidates with biometric passports and the ability to speak Arabic.

• Analyzing wines for aroma, flavor, color, body, texture and other characteristics
• Conducting research into new grape varieties and winemaking techniques
• Selecting grapes from vineyards based on quality
• Managing fermentation processes and providing recommendations on blending wines
• Keeping records of tastings and laboratory tests
• Teaching winemaking techniques to staff
• Maintaining quality control standards
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Oenology or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Preference for biometric passports and ability to speak Arabic
