• 7+ years of experience in Pega and 3-4 years of experience in Pega CDH
• Experience in Pega CDH 8.X or higher versions and NBAD framework
• Hands-on experience with Pega CDH components like ADM, DSM, Value Finder, Customer Profiler, etc.
• Proficiency in SQL, JSON, real-time decisioning, and object-oriented programming principles
• Design and configure core decisioning logic using Pega CDH, including rules, propositions, treatments, and decision data flows
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of Pega CDH solutions in Agile environments
• Good understanding and experience in client-server applications, digital applications, and business functions
• Designing and implementing REST API, Kafka and FTP based integrations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to summarize data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Designing in alignment with Clients Business objective

Qualifications

• Role: Pega CDH – Senior System Architect/ Lead System Architect
• 7+ years of experience in Pega and 3-4 years of experience in Pega CDH
• Pega CSSA Certification and Pega Decisioning Consultant
• Experience in Pega CDH 8.X or higher versions and NBAD framework
• Hands-on experience with Pega CDH components like ADM, DSM, Value Finder, Customer Profiler, etc.
• Proficiency in SQL, JSON, real-time decisioning, and object-oriented programming principles

Good To Have Skills

• Pega Lead system architect
• Knowledge in externalisation of Cassandra, KAFKA, Elastic search
• Familiarity with DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines for deployment automation
• Knowledge of emerging trends in marketing automation and hyper-personalization
