We are looking for a skilled Performance Engineer with 8+ years of experience in UI and backend performance testing. The ideal candidate will have strongexpertisein performance testing tools such as LoadRunner and Google Lighthouse , and willbe responsible forensuringoptimalapplication performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Design, develop, and execute performance test strategies for UI and backend systems.
• Conduct load, stress, spike, and endurance testing using LoadRunner.
• Analyzefrontend performance using Google Lighthouse and recommend optimizations.
• Identifyperformance bottlenecks in applications, APIs, and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to resolve performance issues.
• Monitor system performance and provide tuning recommendations.
• Prepare detailed performance test reports and present insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure applications meet defined SLAs for response time, throughput, and scalability.
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines where applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in performance engineering/testing .
• Strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner (script development, execution, analysis).
• Proficiencyin Google Lighthouse for UI performance analysis.
• Experience in API and backend performance testing .
• Strong understanding of web technologies (HTTP/HTTPS, REST APIs, caching, CDN).
• Knowledge of monitoring tools and performance tuning techniques.
• Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) .
• Knowledge of tools like JMeter, Dynatrace, AppDynamics (added advantage)
