• Design and review plumbing systems for buildings.
• Prepare BOQs, technical specifications, and shop drawings.

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for plumbing systems, ensuring clash detection and efficient space planning for complex projects.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to integrate plumbing designs seamlessly within the overall building model, enhancing project coordination.
• Review shop drawings and submittals from contractors, verifying compliance with design intent and ensuring quality control throughout the construction phase.
• Conduct site visits to observe construction progress, address field issues, and provide technical support to the construction team, ensuring project success.
• Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and BIM software advancements, continually improving design processes and project outcomes.
