Minimum qualifications:

This role is focused on media and entertainment customers, utilizing knowledge in advertising and in the entertainment industry to drive customer success. As the Principal Account Executive, you will lead strategy, create and manage joint business plans, and ensure the client achieves their business objectives.

Google’s Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world’s leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google’s full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you’ll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $162,000-$234,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Engage and influence key decision-makers, and build trusted relationships to understand core business challenges and strategic priorities.
  • Lead the development of joint business plans, aligning with customers on goals and establishing shared accountability to unlock growth opportunities.
  • Design and pitch data-driven Google solutions tailored to customer needs, leveraging knowledge of Google’s advertising offerings and compelling storytelling, while navigating objections to secure investment and exceed business growth goals.
  • Demonstrate Google’s value by measuring campaign results against customer objectives and competitor’s offerings, and sharing data-driven insights that shape customer strategies and reinforce the partnership.
  • Own the customer’s growth trajectory by identifying and cultivating a pipeline of new opportunities, leveraging insights and proven success to expand the partnership.
