We’re expanding our Energy & Digital Infrastructure team and are seeking experienced recruitment leaders: Principal Consultants, Team Managers, or Associate Directors , to drive growth and shape the future of our business.

What You’ll Do

• Build, expand, and manage your own client portfolio or support existing accounts.
• Lead candidate and contractor mapping across multiple geographies.
• Advise clients on international payroll solutions, acting as a trusted consultant.
• Drive business development, negotiations, and account growth, including international expansion.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver optimal recruitment solutions and strategic guidance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in clean energy, construction, data centers, or technical engineering recruitment.
• Demonstrated success in growing client relationships and achieving measurable results.
• Strong communication skills (fluent in English), self-motivation, and leadership capability.
• Ability to win and develop strong accounts and project success in the industry from a standing start.
• Exposure to both consulting/contract and permanent recruitment.
• Experience managing national and international projects.
• Success across multiple industries or sectors.
