• Responsible for the Production aspects of the events,including onsite management during build-up and load-out to ensure that the event proceeds smoothly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to determine all production requirements for each project.
• Oversee all production & vendors to define and follow production requirements.
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Work with the actors of the Project team to resolve any issues related to production as needed.
• Attend client meetings, production meetings, site visits, and vendor shop visits as needed.
• Co-ordinate all actors of the production team (internal teams, freelancers, suppliers).
• Identify external ressources necessary for each project.
• Identify Suppliers to obtain the various quotes that fit the budget and high standards of the Agency.

Required profile

الخبرة

• A minimum of 5 years experience as a Production Manager in the Event field.
• Expertise of Auto Cad. Ability to read and interpret production plans.
• Technical Production knowledge.
• Extensive experience in maintaining positive relationships with production vendors and knowledge of market pricing.
• Strong negotiation and reasoning skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
• Multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize multiple requests and projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
• Familiar with both Mac/PC.
• Ability to work in a group environment or independently, with little supervision.
• Self-starter with a roll up your sleeves type and adaptable attitude.
• Commitment and follow- through on delegated tasks.
• Willing to take initiative and resolve problems creatively and resourcefully.
• Ability to keep a professional demeanor in high-stress situations & maintain a proactive approach.
