Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience driving business process enablement, requirements, or solutions.
  • Experience driving system capabilities, design, integration, or implementation for supply chain (e.g., procurement, inventory, order fulfillment).

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience in business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs), functional configuration, testing, or client user training.
  • Experience in sustaining B2B collaboration/transactions on supply chain functions with external partners.
  • Experience with inventory management, procurement processes, and financial reconciliation.
  • Experience with ERP systems, supply chain planning, or execution platforms in an enterprise setup.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$189,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. المسؤوليات

  • Implement and sustain supply chain execution at contract manufacturing sites in support of business operations focusing on procurement, logistics, reverse supply chain, etc.
  • Develop and deliver digital capabilities/enhancements as per project/product roadmap focusing on contract manufacturers. Execute delivery per project plan, identify and assess risks, develop mitigation plans, and align stakeholders with communications. 
  • Collaborate with multiple internal and external cross-functional teams to evaluate gaps in existing processes and platforms, and drive the business case for transformation. Identify, document, and manage business requirement pipeline.
  • Translate business requirements to functional and technical designs, and map process flows through collaboration with partner teams. Develop and review integration, user acceptance, and associated program test plans.
  • Support the deployment of new capabilities, provide hypercare, and address post-roll out issues.
