Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master’s degree in a technical field.
- 3 years of experience in supply chain or large-scale operations.
- Experience with broad operational scope and executing with leadership.
- Ability to communicate with highly technical management teams with a strong customer service focus.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with high attention to detail and tactical execution.
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills.

As a Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects. You will plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. You will manage project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders. Your projects often span offices, time zones and hemispheres, and it’s your job to keep all the players coordinated on the project’s progress and deadlines. You will focus on operations, both tactical and strategic. You will manage cross-functional projects in resource planning, optimization, and delivery in one of the world’s most impressive computing infrastructures. You will both run transformational programs and execute projects on the Fleet Actions Delivery team in the Global Infrastructure Group (GIG).
The Data Center team designs and operates some of the most sophisticated electrical and HVAC systems in the world. We are an upbeat, creative, team-oriented group of engineers committed to building and operating powerful data centers.
المسؤوليات
- Enable machine learning across the reconfigurations portfolio (e.g., Decoms, MaaT Remove, Rack Moves, MaaT Moves).
- Develop deployment plans and fulfillment strategies for machine delivery in partnership with product areas and the Supply Chain team. Communicate program health, status, and actions to stakeholders including product areas, leadership, and partner organizations.
- Collaborate across organizational levels and boundaries. Drive efforts to improve efficiency, cycle times, reliability, predictability and on-time delivery.
- Work with cross-functional partners and Software Engineering teams to design automation needs for scale and efficiency. Oversee and ensure successful execution and on-time delivery of these plans and strategies. Troubleshoot issues, identify risk areas and develop mitigation strategies.
- Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders, including managing expectations of program stakeholders and ensuring they have the insights they need to make effective decisions.
