المسؤوليات

• Program, Project Financials management: Hands-on experience in managing project financials (CAPEX, OPEX, One-time, Recurring, etc.).




• Team cost budgeting and forecasting.




• PMO knowledge and exposure is an added advantage.




• Knowledge about financial documents (PR, PO, SOW, Invoice, etc.) needed to process vendor payments.




• Project Status Reporting: Maintaining and reporting the project status and risks on a weekly basis; ensure stakeholder management, clear communication and timely reporting; proficient in preparing presentations (MS PowerPoint, MS Visio) to prepare Steer-co decks.




• Vendor Management: Exposure to resource onboarding in liaison with vendors (Managed Services, Time & Material); exposure to CLARITY project management tool; experience in fast-paced, challenging environments; stakeholder management, clear communication and timely reporting; project management certifications are an added advantage but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Banking / Finance / IT or relevant certification.




• Domain: Banking / Finance / IT




• Job location: Abu Dhabi / Dubai, UAE




• 4-5 years of experience in the finance domain.
