Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer

A leading engineering firm in Dubai is seeking a dynamic Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer to spearhead the execution of high-value Oil & Gas modular package projects. This role is critical for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in full compliance with international standards.

المهام الأساسية

• Lead projects from pre-bid proposals to final delivery, ensuring all deliverables meet contract specifications.
• Develop and review design bases, P&IDs, equipment sizing, and process design calculations for skid-mounted packages.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and sub-vendors, facilitating smooth interdepartmental communication.
• Track project progress, manage risks/opportunities, and handle change management processes.
• Prepare technical evaluations for sub-vendor offers and provide recommendations to the procurement team.

Core Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Senior Engineer: 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Project Engineer: 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Mandatory industry experience: managerial experience in the Oil & Gas industry, specifically with chemical dosing, water treatment, or modular packages.
• Proficiency in international codes (ASME, API, IEC) and familiarity with SIL, HAZOP, and hazardous area classifications.
• Proficiency in MS Project, SAP, and Office 365; Primavera knowledge is a plus.
