Job Description of Project Manager / Scrum Master – Data & Analytics

WeSource HR is currently seeking a Project Manager / Scrum Master – Data & Analytics to lead high-impact data initiatives for one of our key clients in Dubai. This is a contract-based role ideal for a proactive and organized professional with a strong background in Agile methodologies and data-driven project delivery. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving collaboration, removing roadblocks, and ensuring projects stay aligned with strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities of Project Manager / Scrum Master – Data & Analytics

Manage end-to-end delivery of data projects
Foster collaboration between business and technical teams
Implement agile best practices and manage project backlogs

Qualification Required for Project Manager / Scrum Master – Data & Analytics

5+ years in project management, with 2+ in agile environments
Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent)
Experienced with data engineering, analytics, BI tools
Skilled in JIRA, Azure DevOps, and project tracking tools
