• Develop and implement quality assurance and control strategies aligned with project goals.
• Lead the establishment and maintenance of quality management systems for the project.
• Oversee the inspection and testing of construction materials and processes to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the design production and planning teams to resolve quality related issues.
• Prepare and present quality reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Train and mentor quality control team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/B. Tech).
• Proven experience 12 years) in a quality management role preferably in the construction or precast industry).
• Familiarity with national and international quality standards.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Previous experience with large scale construction projects is highly desirable.
