Position: Real Estate Agent (Secondary)

• Promote and sell both ready properties to local and international clients
• Build and maintain a strong portfolio of clients and investors
• Develop and execute business development and client retention strategies
• Provide expert advice on market trends, investment opportunities, and legal processes
• Stay informed about the latest developments in the Dubai real estate market
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

المتطلبات

• Minimum 1 year of proven real estate sales experience in the UAE (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Valid UAE driver’s license is preferred
