What You’ll Do

• Build and manage your own client portfolio in leasing or sales
• Conduct viewings, negotiate deals, and guide clients through the full process
• Actively prospect to bring in new listings and clients
• Grow your expertise in the Dubai property market
• Represent one of the most recognised agencies in the UAE

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and eager to grow
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Resilient and ready to hustle in a competitive market
• English fluency is essential (additional languages are a bonus)
• A valid driving license is required
• Must be financially stable enough to support yourself in Dubai for the first few months

This is a full-time, commission-only position. There is no base salary — earnings are based entirely on performance.
