Overview

Real Estate Accountant – Arabic Real Estate Representative & Accountant. Full-time position based in Sharjah. Salary: from AED 3,000 per month. Ability to commute or relocate to Sharjah prior to starting work.

• Seek advice from clients on how to market their home rapidly and for a good value.
• Take clients on house tours and participate in open houses.
• Recommend clients throughout the settlement procedure to help them obtain maximum value for their home.
• Study the local real estate market and be knowledgeable on current home sales.
• Promote real estate professional services to the local community through advertising materials and networking.
• Maintain and update listings of available properties.
• Acquire and maintain exclusive listings of your own.
• Answer questions concerning contracts and terms of sale.

Qualifications

• Experience of more than 3 years in real estate or related field.
