To support continued growth and an expanding mandate portfolio, the firm is seeking a detail‑oriented and commercially aware Recruitment Consultant. This role is pivotal in enabling seamless execution of executive search assignments, ensuring structured candidate management, high‑touch stakeholder engagement, and rigorous process governance. The position offers exposure to senior executives, confidential mandates, and cross‑border talent projects within a performance‑driven environment.

Search Project Coordination

  • Support end‑to‑end delivery of executive search assignments
  • Coordinate candidate sourcing, longlisting, and shortlist documentation
  • Prepare candidate briefs and client‑ready presentation materials

Candidate & Client Engagement

  • Act as primary coordination contact for candidates and clients
  • Ensure discreet, timely communication throughout search lifecycle
  • Maintain strong candidate experience aligned with executive‑level expectations
  • Support consultants in managing stakeholder relationships
  • Assist in market mapping and talent pipeline tracking
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within CRM systems
  • Compile market insights and benchmarking data for assignments
  • Support talent pooling initiatives across priority sectors

Compliance & Process Excellence

  • Ensure confidentiality and data protection compliance at all stages
  • Maintain accurate documentation aligned with governance standards
  • Track assignment milestones and performance metrics
  • Identify process improvements to enhance search delivery efficiency

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in recruitment or executive search coordination
  • Prior experience within executive search or talent advisory environments preferred
  • Strong understanding of confidential and senior‑level hiring processes
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and candidate tracking platforms
  • Experience supporting cross‑border or regional recruitment assignments advantageous
  • Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple live mandates
