We are seeking an experienced OpenShift DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying CI/CD pipelines, managing containerized applications, and providing post-deployment support. This role requires strong expertise in OpenShift, Kubernetes, automation tools, and cloud-native technologies.

  1. Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.
  2. Develop, deploy, and maintain containerized applications on OpenShift.
  3. Optimize and automate infrastructure and deployment processes.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application deployments and system operations.
  5. Monitor and enhance the performance, reliability, and scalability of applications.
  6. Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline workflows.
  7. Implement security best practices and compliance requirements within OpenShift environments.
  8. Provide post-deployment support, including monitoring, logging, and incident resolution.

Experience Requirements

  1. Strong experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes.
  2. Hands-on expertise in CI/CD pipeline creation and automation (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, Tekton, etc.).
  3. Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash, Python, or Groovy .
  4. Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (Terraform, Ansible, Helm, etc.).
  5. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud .
  6. Understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Podman).
  7. Experience in monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, OpenTelemetry).
  8. Strong knowledge of networking, security, and system administration in a DevOps environment.
  9. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices.
  10. Red Hat OpenShift certification (e.g., Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration).
  11. Experience with service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd).
  12. Experience with serverless and cloud-native architectures.
  13. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
