The Registered Behavior Therapist is responsible for delivering evidence-based behavioral interventions to individuals, with a focus on enhancing communication, social, and daily living skills. This role involves assessing client needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and conducting therapy sessions while monitoring and documenting progress to ensure effective and measurable outcomes. Beyond direct client interaction, the therapist works closely with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to support holistic care and promote skill generalization across different environments. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a solid understanding of behavior analysis principles to help clients achieve meaningful improvements in their quality of life.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT) or equivalent
• 7+ years of solid experience in delivering behavioral therapy interventions
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
• Ability to assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with clients and families
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and encourage clients
